Currently Victoria is part of the National Training Centre – Atlantic and trains in Halifax. Over the past two years, Victoria has shown tremendous effort and commitment to achieving her goals. Technically she is a strong player. This linked with her dynamic play and ability to read the game quickly should give her a chance to continue to be a part of Ian’s plans as the teams moves closer to the qualifying stages. Ian will be visiting the NTC-A for the first scouting weekend to be held in November.
This is great news for the Atlantic Centre as she follows in the footsteps of Nkem Ezurike, who represented Canada at the last U17 World Cup in New Zealand. Hopefully the players involved in the Atlantic centre will use this energy to continue to strive for more opportunities to plan for Canada.
