B License Part 2
The B License Part 2 (National B License) focuses on working with high performance athletes 14 years of age and older. This course involves both theory and practical coaching work. Each participant will undergo two (2) practical coaching assessments.
The theory component of this course includes the NCCP Competition Development Modules delivered through the Department of Health and Wellness. For information on NCCP theory courses in Nova Scotia, please refer to the following site: www.coachingns.ca
Participants who have completed both the practical and theory components of the B National Program will be eligible to apply for the A License Program.
The B National License Practical component will be offered each year three times in Canada. One course will be in Ontario and one in British Columbia. The third course rotates on a two year cycle between the Prairies and Atlantic Canada.
